Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and packed in 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The order will be sent out via Australia Post in 2 to 3 business days after being processed and packed.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has shipped.

GearShift Crew is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

GearShift Crew is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, As products are checked thoroughly for damage/defects before leaving the warehouse for shipment. If you received your order damaged, Please contact the shipment carrier (Australia Post) to file a claim.
